We teach Yang Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong to students of all levels in a relaxed and supportive environment, offering a great way to begin your Tai Chi journey.

An ancient, time-tested traditional Chinese method of self-development, Tai Chi (also written as Taiji or Taijiquan) helps the practitioner to develop balanced health for the body and the mind.

Our highly effective beginners’ classes, developed over more than 30 years, include a mix of warm-up and conditioning exercises, Tai Chi Form, Qi Gong and Partnerwork exercises.

With a broad syllabus to work from, interested students can progress to study all aspects of Tai Chi, including meditation, internal martial art, weapons forms, calligraphy, practical philosophy and aspects of Chinese Medicine and traditional culture.
