When can I hire the hall?
We are open for hire 18:00-22:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00-22:00 on Saturdays and 09:00-18:00 on Sundays as well as 09:00-22:00 during school holidays.
Please be aware our office hours are different to the hours the venue is available to hire. Our offices are open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday to take enquiries and answer your questions.
Can I book an event or party?

Can I booking during school holidays?
Yes, we are open during the school holidays for camps and events. Browse our facilities and then fill out the enquiry form on your ideal space to find out more.
Is there parking on site?
There is extremely limited parking on site for up to 8 cars, but the school is directly opposite Chalk Farm Underground Station and there is a bus stop right outside the main reception.
For events, the playground can be hired as a car park (at an additional cost) which can accommodate up to 40 cars.
Can I view the venue before booking?
Yes, you can arrange a viewing of the venue and space you are interested in hiring before you make a booking. Contact Us or fill in the enquiry form below and we will arrange everything for you with the site team.
Will I be asked for documents before booking?

What happens when I arrive on site?
Once you have made a booking at Haverstock School and you arrive on site, head to the main reception where a member of our site team will greet you and direct you to your booked space.
